Preparing work for review and recognition

Artists should submit work they have meaningfully directed and can describe, with rights and consent handled responsibly. Originality and artistic judgement matter more than tool novelty.

Use a clear title, featured image and description
Explain process or tool use where it helps interpretation
Avoid copying protected characters, brands or identifiable people without rights
Do not imitate living artists or cultural sources in ways that mislead audiences
Treat sensitive themes with care and context

Review and publication

Review is separate from publication. A submitted or accepted work can remain private until an organisation explicitly publishes it.

Draft works remain editable and private
Submitted works are locked while reviewed
Changes requested returns work to the artist for revision
Accepted entries are not public until published or released
