Yes. The core platform is free for artists and cultural organisations. Premium or customised support is only relevant when a programme needs more scale, stronger branding, custom domains, larger media capacity, reporting or advisory support.

Yes. Organisations can create public call pages, receive artist submissions, review entries, select works and release results or gallery pages.

Artist drafts, submissions and review material remain private until an authorised organiser deliberately releases selected results, galleries or awards.

Organisers can use reviewers, judges or internal teams to assess submissions, request changes where appropriate and record decisions before public release.

Yes. Selected works can be presented through public gallery pages, results pages, programme records and basic VR/XR or immersive presentation routes where available.

Premium can add more concurrent programmes, custom domains or subdomains, stronger organisation branding, higher media limits, reporting, advisory support or customised immersive presentation.
