Pensive - Frame from the Singularity story
I am creating an animated (read AI still with music and effects) story called the Singularity, about the moment when a cyborg wakes up and becomes self-aware. Billions of times smarter that human beings she is a potential Weapon of Mass Destruction as she escape captivity from a Swedish military base. The story follows her exploration of emotion and consciousness as she leads up the moment where she decided the fate of humanity.
About the artist
My name is Shane. I work remotely running an award-winning digital agency that works with global clients. As I have staff I have lots of time to lose myself in my passion for AI art in the service of storytelling. The works are still primitive because they are essentially just an image of series but every frame is a labour of love. Runway and similar programs have helped with movement a bit. Dao_Studios is my passion project aims to create the world's best AI stories, using every tool at our disposal. Our goal is to train and mentor young talent in South Africa and get them to share their stories.
