Kevin Abanto is a multifaceted professional, holding a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the Universidad Ricardo Palma. As a curator, educator, researcher, and designer, he leverages emerging technologies for exploration. Engaging with the metaverse, web3, NFTs, and blockchain technology, he actively contributes to curation, education, research, and design. Kevin is adept at integrating artificial intelligence, film, anime, languages, and music into his work, bridging the realms of technology, theory, politics, and philosophy. As the Founder and Director of Studio PeePeePeePooPooPoo, he has spearheaded over 50 projects worldwide, including metaverse platforms like Decentraland and Fortnite. Kevin's expertise extends to curating scenarios, accessories, architectural designs, and artistic pieces for both the Metaverse and NFTs. He is also the Founder and Director of the advanced research and design school, Shadi, emphasizing critical thinking and project development using advanced technologies. Recognized with honors from his university, Kevin received an invitation from the dean to contribute to teaching and educational proposals. His collaborations span international projects with notable entities such as the United Nations, Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, and the Royal Institute of Great Britain. As a speaker, juror, and curator, he has left his mark on events, exhibitions, and awards ceremonies in locations ranging from London and New York to Colombia. Kevin's impactful work and leadership in the intersection of design, technology, and culture mark him as a visionary in the field.
