In these images tree roots seamlessly blend with the contours of human figures, evoking a sense of unity and connectedness. The images are meant to invite a feeling of our connection to the natural world and to prompt reflection on themes of growth, individual identity yet at the same time our place of belonging in the world that ultimately must prompt a responsibility for it.</strong><br /> <br />
